As the artist, I reserve the right to publish the art on my social media or as commission examples. If you don't want your commission to be posted, let me know beforehand!Deadlines may be set, but a rush fee may apply depending on the discussed timeframe.Designs may be resold for the base value, plus the value of other commissioned or personal artwork.My designs are hosted on toyhou.se. I do not sell my designs to those that do not have toyhou.se accounts!Clients should factor in technical issues, personal health, and burnout when commissioning. I will let you know if any problems arise!If a client violates my T.O.S. and/or my boundaries, I have the right to not only terminate a commission but blacklist them as well. I retain the right to terminate a commission for any reason, or no reason at all.

payment

I take payment through Cashapp and PayPal, with a preference for Cashapp. Clients can ask if I am accepting gift cards.Commissioned work can be paid upfront or after the sketch. I do not allow partial payments at the moment, sorry!W.I.Ps will be sent upon request and before starting the lineart / coloring stage.Revisions and corrections are allowed without any extra cost!

distribution

Clients are not permitted to profit from the commissioned work.Clients may not remove my watermark.The client will receive a digital PNG of the finished work via Discord or email - whichever works for you.The client may use the commissioned work for roleplay, stickers, badges, icons, etc.The client is allowed to repost the art on their social media with proper credit.My artwork is in no way allowed to be turned into NFTs or anything similar. Legal action will be taken.

It will be immensely helpful if you provide mood boards, descriptions, etc. go all out! It doesn't bother me in the slightest, and in fact, I really appreciate it ❤ I at least need a rough concept!Most of these images feature old art, but I am still proud of the designs.ϟ Sketched designs are $35, polished designs are $65ϟ Additional charges may apply for alt views. The default is one full body and one symmetrical headshot for both sketched and polished designs.ϟ At the moment, I will not draw extensive/complex clothing. Small clothing pieces, like scarfs, are fine!
