Clients should contact me through Discord (@raiyokin) or via email ([email protected]). Discord harbors the fastest responses.

● Clients may choose between thick lineart or thinner lineart. Without a specified preference, I will use whichever I want.● I reserve the right to publish commissions on my social media, or use them as commission examples. You may opt-out.● By commissioning me, clients factor in personal and technical issues when commissioning.● Deadlines may require rush fees.● If a client grossly violates my terms of service or my boundaries, I have the right to terminate a commission and blacklist them as a client. I retain the right to terminate a commission for any reason, or no reason at all.● I will not accept commissions from hateful or bigoted clients. This includes Trump supporters or cryptobros.

designs & adopts

● Designs (adopts or customs) may be resold for the base price, plus the value of commissioned work.● My designs are not to be hosted outside of Toyhou.se.● Alt palettes and redesigns are ok - I request that they stay true to their original design if reworking, but not a requirement.● If hiding, cropping, or heavily watermarking my art on Toyhou.se, I require you to authorize me. If this is done on my designs and I am not authorized, I will revoke trade permissions via Design Manager until it is fixed.● NSFW is ok on human characters - not anthro nor feral. You will be blacklisted and I will automatically regain rights to the character. I then retain the right to resell the character without any additional art added. The character being in your possession will then be considered stolen. I am not liable for any money lost in this situation, nor will I offer refunds if the owner willingly hands back the original Toyhou.se profile.● If you have become blacklisted for any reason, the above term applies. The intentional sale of designs to a blacklisted user will result in the blacklisting of the seller. I am not liable for any loss of money if this happens.● I do not retain the right to revoke ownership nor copyright of designs for any reason except the two terms above. I will never blacklist for no reason.● I do not offer monetary reimbursement if you are scammed. Please send proof of the scam and I will blacklist the user who scammed you. My blacklisting terms will then apply, and you will regain the rights to the character once more.● I do not offer refunds on premade adopts nor on customs.

payment

● Payment will be sent through CashApp or PayPal. I have a preference towards CashApp.● Commissioned work must be paid fully upfront, fully after the sketch, or paid 50% before and then after the sketch.● Minor revisions and corrections can be made at any time.● Refunds...
      - 100% refund if I have not passed the sketch phase
      - 35% refund if I have started the lineart phase
      - No refund if I am coloring and beyond

distribution

● Clients are not permitted to profit of off commissioned work.● Clients are not permitted to remove, move, cover, or edit my watermark.● The client may use the commissioned work for roleplay, stickers, badges, icons, prints, etc. with proper credit where applicable.● The client is allowed to repost the commissioned work on their social media with proper credit.● My art shall not be used for NFTs or exchanged for cryptocurrencies.
